During the spring of 2015, DJI introduced the ultimate consumer level aerial photography based drone. With ground breaking additions, the Phantom 3 proves to be the most dominate model in its class. Equipped with an incredible 4K, 30 frames per second camera, the Phantom 3 sets a new standard for video recording. In addition, the camera carries a 12 megapixel lens designed for breath taking still shots at altitudes of any level. Remaining under $1,400, DJI wanted to give the public the perfect out of the box experience. With a record time of (bare minimum) 23 minutes per flight, the Phantom's Intelligent Flight battery monitors each individual quest to determine maximum voltage capacity. The battery manages to get a full recharge in under 45 minutes as well. First introduced with the Inspire 1, DJI integrated LightBridge for long distance, live streaming, HD quality feed back. Ocular flow sensors have been installed underneath the belly of the drone, which are designed to keep a firm position inside where satellite connection can't reach.
